American System of Government


America was not inhabited by over 310 million people, scattered from Alaska to Texas. Geographically, America is located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific Ocean. In the south, bordering with Mexico; the northern border with Canada.

American system of government is a federal republic that covers the entire state and the entire district. Some states are located in North America, with Alaska in the southwest region of the Americas and Hawaii is an archipelago in the Pacific Ocean.

Native of the United States is a nation in Asia that has inhabited the region for almost a thousand years. Disease outbreaks and wars with European nations making the natives are becoming increasingly diminished population.

Furthermore, the United States was founded by thirteen British colonies located along the Atlantic coast. The colonies declared independence declaration of the United States, referred to as the "Declaration of Independence" on July 4, 1776.

They managed to defeat the British army during the uprising to demand sovereignty of the United States. Furthermore, constitutionally, the country ratified in 1787. "Bill of Rights" consisting of 10 basic laws that guarantee the rights and freedoms of the American people.


U.S. Superpower

In the 19th century, the United States government territory covers all French colonies, Spain, England, Mexico, and Russia, later the Republic of Texas and Hawaii also joined into the United States.

Around the 1860s, a civil war broke out between the farmers (in the north) and industrialists (in the south) the United States. The victory of the peasants led to the abolition of slavery there legally authorized and prevents the break state.

When World War I broke out, Americans allied with Spain and continued until World War II. It further strengthens the position of the United States in the eyes of the world as a superpower. Especially after the United States declared itself as a country that has nuclear weapons and a permanent member of the UN Security Council.

United States went on to become the only superpower, after the "Cold War" with the Soviet Union that led to the outbreak ended communist state. America is a superpower with 40% of their national budgets to the military, as well as number one in the field of economics, politics, and culture among the world countries.

Government System

United States is the country's oldest federation has ever seen. Constitutionally, the United States is a democratic republic. Rules and regulations are set refers to the balance control system, expressed in the regulations.

Regulatory system that serves the entire interests of citizens by law. In the United States federal state system, the people are entitled to three levels of service by law, the state, state, and region.

The executive and legislative branches of the United States elected through general elections conducted in each district (small region), in every state. In essence, the U.S. system of government is as follows.
- The legislature, consisting of the Senate and the institution "House of Representatives", of which served to make federal law, declares war, and has the power to dismiss the executive branch (the president).
- The executive, who is held by the president, of whom served as supreme military leader and appointed members of the cabinet (for approval by the legislature).
- Judiciary, consisting of the Supreme Court and the court states.
- The House of Representatives (parliament), consists of 435 members elected voice of each small region (district) to serve for two years.
- The state government, all laws and regulations prescribed by applicable law and any violations will be subject to appropriate legal sanctions.
